Dontae Allen
Group Mentoring Program Manager

Dontae Allen started with the Partnership as a program assistant and now serves as a program manager for the group mentoring program. He has been with the organization since September of 2007.

Dontae is a graduate of Bellevue University. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and also has an Associate’s degree in general studies from DeAnza Junior College. Dontae was involved in athletics throughout his entire college career, playing football and running track.

Still heavily involved in athletics, Dontae currently coaches for the indoor football team, the Iowa Blackhawks. Dontae also enjoys working out, and spending time with his sons, Jamari and Damani.
