Amanda Burton
Group Mentoring Program Specialist
Amanda Burton started with The Partnership For Our Kids in September, 2008, and works as a program specialist for the group mentoring program. Amanda says the best part of her job is getting to know her students.
Amanda attended Creighton University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. While at Creighton, Amanda actively participated in several theater and art classes. She was also a student manager for the Creighton Men’s Basketball team her freshman year, played intramural flag football and soccer, and was a member of the co-ed service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega.
Outside of work Amanda enjoys doing crafts and scrapbooking, playing softball and sand volleyball, reading and volunteering for Relay for Life. She also loves spending time with her husband Josh, her daughter Avery and two dogs, Kysa and Gage.
