Sue Lipsey
Training and Assessment Manager

Sue Lipsey, MS, works as the Partnership’s training and assessment manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, delivery and evaluation of all training for the Partnership including the management of the goal-setting procedures and assessment, and the Partnership’s annual program evaluation report.

Sue received both a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. When Sue is not working she loves to cook and particularly enjoys getting her family together for gatherings around the table. In addition, Sue admits she loves murder-mysteries of all kinds, whether it is a great novel, a movie or a TV series! Sue also says travel is one of her great passions. She has spent time in India and Europe, but says there is a lot more of the world to see!
