Ron Skwarek
Goal Development Coordinator

Ron Skwarek is a Goal Development Coordinator for the Partnership. As a Goal Development Coordinator, Ron works closely with teachers on setting individualized goals for each student in reading, math and life skills. In addition, he tracks the student goals on a quarterly basis and evaluates the effectiveness of the program.

Ron has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a Master’s degree in educational administration as well as an extensive work history in the education field. Before joining the Partnership, he spent 18 years as an elementary school teacher and a high school coach. Ron has also worked as an elementary school principal, a special education director, a learning center director, a grant writer and federal programs director.

When Ron isn’t working, he likes to hunt, fish, and attend sporting events. He also enjoys working with and raising American Kennel Club Labradors.
